1. Who is Promenade Printing?

Promenade Printing is a family owned and operated printing company in Dallas that has been serving the metroplex for more than 31 years. We offer digital black & white and color copy services as well as single and multi-color offset printing.

2. Do I need to be present to place an order?

No. Although we enjoy seeing our customers face to face, it is not necessary to come to our location to place an order. Orders can be faxed or e-mailed if they are new orders and repeat orders without changes can be called in.

3. I would like an estimate for a printed piece. How can I obtain one?

You may request an estimate for printing by phone, fax or e-mail. Allow 1-2 business days for a reply.

If you need more help in working out the details of the job we will gladly assist you. On more complicated pieces it may be necessary to stop by the shop for a consultation.

We specialize in personalized customer service. We would love to help you plan just the right invitation for your special event or wedding

The more information you can give us the more accurate and faster the reply.

Supply us with the finished product description; example: We will need 200 copies of an 8.5 x 11 two sided, two color brochure with a tri-fold on heavy white paper. We will need help with the art work. We want to use our business colors reflex blue and yellow as the ink colors.

This tells us the size, type, color ands quantity of paper we will need and helps us determine the best printing and bindery process to use.

The finished artwork also is a factor in determining cost. Large quantities or work with intricate designs will require an additional metal plate charge.

Our goal is to produce the best possible product for you.

4. Do you pick up and/or deliver?

Yes. We have pickup and delivery services available.

5. Can you print artwork that has already been designed?

Absolutely. We have most computer programs and output devices used in the printing industry and can output electronic artwork that has been created elsewhere. We use Adobe Acrobat, InDesign CS3, Illustrator CS3, PhotoShop. We accept Microsoft Word and Publisher. Vista files will need to be save to Word 2003. We accept high quality .pdf and .esp files. Photo files should be 300 dpi. If you have unusual fonts please supply us with the font or give us a completed file in a .pdf format.

6. Can you design new projects?

Yes. We have an experienced design staff that can create new projects and to make changes to existing projects.
